Jacksonville Beach surfer wins big in Puerto Rico | News
ISABELLA, PUERTO RICO -- A Jacksonville Beach surfer has won a pro surf contest at Playa Jobos in Isabella, Puerto Rico.
Cody Thompson, 23, won the inaugural 4-Star 2013 Rip Curl Pro Puerto Rico in four-to-six foot waves at Playa Jobos, which concluded Wednesday.
Thompson beat out Andrew Doheny, Evan Geiselman and Dylan Graves for the win, according to a media release on Rip Curl's official website.
