Circuit Court Judge's Son Arrested | News
JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Police arrested a local judge's son Tuesday night.
According to Sgt. Thomas Bingham with Jacksonville Beach Police, officers took Richard Moran to jail for resisting arrest.
His father is Chief Circuit Judge Donald Moran.
In 2009, the judge's other son was charged with DUI in a Jax Beach wreck that left him paralyzed. He pleaded not guilty.
Judge Moran's wife accused him of domestic violence in 2007, but he was later cleared of all charges.
