ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. -- Investigators are searching for three men accused of beating, robbing and kidnapping an Atlantic Beach woman while she was out for a walk over the weekend, police said Monday.

The victim of the alleged attack was out walking near the intersection of West 14th and Begonia streets when a dark-colored car with three masked men inside pulled up about 4:45 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the Atlantic Beach Police Department.

Investigators said one of the men attacked the victim, knocked her unconscious and forced her inside the vehicle. When she awoke, she was being attacked by at least two men in a wooded area, the victim told investigators. Police found her after the victim called for help, the release said.

At some point, her jewelry was taken.

The suspects all wore masks, police said. The suspect who attacked her before forcing the victim into the car is described as a white man, about 25-30 years old and about 5-foot-10 with a medium build.

If you have any information about this incident or were near the area between 4-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, call Crime Stoppers at (866) 845-TIPS.
