JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- A domestic dispute leads to a car fire and sex on the beach.
A witness allegedly observed 31-year-old Kathy Lynn Granone in a dispute with 29-year-old David Charles Aiuppy in the parking lot of the Pier restaurant on Feb. 18, according to a release from the Jacksonville Beach Police Department.
The dispute occurred around 5:40 p.m. and the witness claims to have seen the suspects throwing objects out their vehicle during the dispute, the release detailed.
During the dispute, Granone allegedly walked away from the vehicle towards the beach. The witness claims Aiuppy followed her, but not before lighting the car on fire.
When police arrived on scene, witnesses directed officers to the couple's location on the beach. According to the release, the couple was allegedly having intercourse on the beach in full view of the public when deputies found them.
Both are facing charges of exposure of sexual organs. Aiuppy is facing charges of arson to a vehicle. Granone is facing charges of resisting an officer without violence.
