JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is attempting to identify a man suspected of using counterfeit bills.

On October 6 the male suspect allegedly attempted to use three counterfeit $10 bills at the Gate Gas Station in the 25000 block of 3rd Street South in Jacksonville Beach, according to a release from the Jacksonville Beach Police Department.

The suspect is described as a male, 40 to 50 years-old, approximately six-feet tall and weighs about 220 pounds, the release detailed.

The suspect was seen driving an older teal colored, Ford F150 pick-up truck.
